Welcome! I’m Rajendra Utturkar, the author with over four decades of unparalleled expertise in the process industry. My journey spans concept design, technology development, basic engineering, FEED packages, process safety, feasibility studies, detailed engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and plant operation. This wealth of experience culminated in my book, Earn or Burn Your Profits.

Throughout my career, I’ve introduced groundbreaking concepts like Group Engineering, Operator-Centric Ergonomic Design, Process-System-Integration, Intrinsic Safeguarding, and the T-PIE system. As the leader of Process System Engineers (India) Pvt. Ltd. (PSE), I’ve guided the company to prominence in the oil & gas, petrochemicals, and chemicals sectors through exceptional design and engineering consultancy services. I also developed SRQM©, India’s only copyrighted quality system specifically for design and engineering services.
