Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Technical Production Manager to oversee our production processes in the FIBC and tarpaulins sector, also be involved in Research and Development of the said products. The ideal candidate will possess 10 to 15 years of relevant experience, along with a strong technical background in manufacturing, quality assurance, and process optimization. This role is critical for ensuring that our products meet high-quality standards while enhancing efficiency and managing a skilled production team.

Preferred Skills:

• Technical knowledge of materials, processes, and manufacturing equipment related to FIBC and Tarpaulins.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in production management software and tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Job Responsibilities:

• Experience in factory handling, quality and production in Tarpaulins and FIBC industry.
• Oversee and manage the entire production process for FIBC and Tarpaulins.
• Develop and implement production plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Provide technical guidance and troubleshoot production issues.
• Establish and maintain quality control procedures.
• Analyze production data to optimize processes and reduce waste.
• Duties may be modified or assigned at any time to meet the needs of the business.
