Advanced Raffia Tape Extrusion
Our cutting-edge raffia tape extrusion lines have an impressive annual production capacity of 3,000 MT. These lines are equipped with state-of-the-art technologies such as Melt Pumps, Static Mixers, and Automatic Dosing Mixing Units. This ensures uniform film gauging, delivering products that meet the highest industry standards for quality and consistency.
High-Precision Weaving Technology
With 26 operational circular looms (6 shuttle), we produce high-quality fabric with lay-flat widths ranging from 152 to 268 cm and circular dimensions of 76 to 134 cm. Our fabric construction supports mesh sizes ranging from 7×7 to 14×16 per inch, allowing us to cater to a variety of applications. Our annual weaving production capacity is 3,000 MT, with specialized equipment used for producing lifting belts for FIBCs (Jumbo Bags), including webbing machines capable of crafting belts from 10mm to 85mm.
Cutting-Edge Lamination Technology
Our Double Extruder Tandem Lamination Plant boasts an annual production capacity of 3,600 MT, with an 83-inch laminating width. This advanced plant can laminate both sides of fabric in a single operation, ensuring superior bonding quality for critical applications like 15-micron lamination. Additionally, the plant features automatic mixing and dosing units, automatic tension controllers, and edge trimming devices for precise cutting and a superior finish.
